Meet Michael (Mike) – Owner & Creative Director of Michael Richard Salon

With more than 18 years of experience behind the chair and nearly 13 years as the owner of Michael Richard Salon in Kingwood, TX, Mike has built one of the area’s top luxury hair salons. Known for his passion, precision, and artistry, Mike creates customized looks that complement each guest’s lifestyle, personality, and vision. Whether it’s a precision haircut, dimensional highlights, balayage, or luxury hair extensions, his goal is to help every client look and feel their absolute best—inside and out.

As the Creative Director of Michael Richard Salon, Mike is committed not only to his guests but also to his team. He takes pride in mentoring stylists through the salon’s structured level system, guiding them toward both technical excellence and professional growth. By consistently investing in advanced education, he ensures the team delivers the luxury salon experience that defines the Michael Richard brand.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Mike attends leadership and industry events regularly, bringing fresh ideas back to his salon family and keeping Michael Richard Salon at the forefront of innovation in the Houston salon community.

Tanner is a master of modern haircuts, fashion color, edgy styles,  balayage, and dimensional highlights. With advanced expertise in both men’s and women’s styles—from long, flowing layers to precision bobs—he brings a seamless blend of creativity and technical skill to every guest experience.

Originally from Arizona, Tanner spent nearly a decade with Toni & Guy salons, honing his craft and gaining invaluable industry experience across multiple states. His passion for education and precision artistry makes him a standout on the Michael Richard Salon team, delivering effortlessly beautiful results tailored to each client.

As Salon Manager, Tanner also brings strong leadership and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.

Meet Brendaly ( Brenda-Lee)

With 9 years of dedication at Michael Richard Salon, Brendaly brings expert skill and artistry to every guest experience. As a Level 5 Stylist, she specializes in all modern haircutting services and is especially passionate about transformation highlight services. Known for her personalized approach, Brendaly expertly formulates custom color that enhances your features and fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a fresh new look or subtle refinement, you’re in trusted hands with Brendaly.

Meet Nani – Stylist Level 4

Originally from New York, Nani has been a part of the Michael Richard Salon team for 2 years and brings incredible talent, creativity, and energy to the salon. She specializes in lived-in highlights, custom vivid colors, and modern haircuts—including shags, layers, and curly hair designs.

Nani loves connecting with her guests and takes the time to teach them how to care for and style their hair at home. Her goal is to make every client feel confident, empowered, and completely in love with their look.

Meet Conner – Stylist Level 5

The queen of transformations! Conner isn’t afraid to work her magic—taking guests from dark to blonde in a single session with expert precision and care. She thrives on bold changes and loves creating dramatic, beautiful results that leave her clients feeling brand new.

Meet Brynn – New Talent Stylist

Brynns just received her cosmetology license and is excited to start taking on models and guests for long hair.

Brynn is a vital part of the Michael Richard Salon experience! Currently part of our guest care team and serving as a stylist assistant, you’ll often find her answering your calls, helping schedule appointments, or giving you a beautiful blowout.

With a passion for hair and guest service, Brynn is training hard and will soon step behind the chair as a New Talent Stylist. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and warm personality make her a rising star to watch!

Meet Cooper –

Cooper is one of our rising stars at Michael Richard Salon! She has a natural gift for hair and a quick eye for technique—learn it once, and she makes it her own. Cooper customizes every service to fit her guests, blending creativity with precision.

Dilenia specializes in modern haircutting, bobs, layered styles, custom highlights, balayage, perms, luxury blowouts, and men’s grooming. She is passionate about making every guest feel confident and refreshed through personalized services and high-end techniques.
