At Michael Richard Salon, we believe in running on schedule, so that you never have to wait on us. In order for us to do so, it is important that you arrive to your appointment on time.
If you are running late, please notify us by text or calling in. We may or may not have time to continue your services.
If we are running behind, your stylist must notify you at least one hour prior by text.
Your scheduled appointment must be confirmed 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
All guests will receive a text notifying them to confirm through the link provided.
We will attempt numerous times to confirm your appointment. Unfortunately, if we are unable to reach you to confirm, your appointment may be cancelled.
We understand that having to cancel or reschedule may be unavoidable, however, we kindly ask you to do so in advanced. This allows your stylist to fill that appointment spot again.
No-Shows are not appreciated and will result in a 50% charge of the total amount of your scheduled service. Repeat no-show violators may be banned from scheduling any future appointments.
We love children and most of our staff have children...
Children will not be able to accompany your to stylist station while you get your hair service.
All children must wait quietly at the front unless they are receiving their own hair service.
All services that require a deposit, the deposit will go towards your services.
There is no refunds or rescheduling for any deposits made. All deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
You may transfer your deposit to another person if you are unable to make it or if you have changed your mind.
Must mention when booking… Complimentary haircut with highlights with any level for January!
